Smartie in its basic offer, as an independent expert, proposes a range of services related to analysis, evaluation, and suggestions for improvement in the following areas:

Each analysis or audit ends with a written report, usually divided into two parts. The firstpart is a description of the current situation and indicate possible critical risks identified with their categorization in terms of weight and suggested solutions.The second part contains a bit of text presented to non-critical recommendations and suggestions for optimization.

After the presentation of the report it is possible to continue our work involving the performance or supervision of the implementation of post-audit recommendations, if the Board or Management expresses its intent.
